Dodge the Creeps with worldwide leaderboard

Simply use up/down/left/right keys to dodge any moving thing around and try to stay alive as long as possible to achieve the best score ever recorded in history !

My personal one is 94 (in dev mode so score is not available in this live leaderboard and I haven't put it using web console, so you just have to trust me ;) ), will you beat it ?

The red "reset" button will do as it says, it will delete your player profile which cannot be retrieved at all on this itch.io page, so be careful not to click on it by mistake. On the computer version of the game, you can backup/restore Godot personal data at any time.

Name MUST BE unique, if you use an already taken name, your player ID will be still used instead, so if whatever the name you tried doesn't work, it just means you need to pick another one.

If you have any trouble don't forget to include your player ID which is displayed on top of name text entry.

This is just a showcase of how to use Godot LootLocker SDK in your game, not the best, nor the worth, just one way to do it.

You can pretty much take all the code and put it as-is into your own game and it have a great chance to work without too much changes.

Also, I did not spend time polishing the look so leaderboard items use a non monospace font, or anything fancy, which make scores looks pretty bad.

But don't be fooled, there is no optimization whatsoever yet, there are long delay while issuing network requests, mostly waiting response, and nothing was made to make it smoother like data caching or parallel processing for instance.

The SDK use simple synchronous coroutine for now and error management is not yet implemented.
